Service Description
HOFamely provides a platform for creating, storing, and ordering prints of personalized family trading cards. Our service includes digital card creation tools, cloud storage, and physical printing services.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you upload and create
- You must have rights to all images and content you use
- You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By using HOFamely, you grant us permission to process, store, and print your content as part of our service delivery.
Physical Printing Content Policy
When ordering physical printed cards through our printing service, the following content restrictions apply. Cards submitted for printing must not contain:
- Copyrighted material — including but not limited to characters, logos, or artwork owned by third parties (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Nintendo, sports league logos, brand trademarks).
- Explicit or NSFW content — including nudity, sexual content, or suggestive imagery.
- Graphic violence — depictions of gore, weapons used against people, or other violent imagery.
- Hate speech or symbols — any imagery or text promoting hatred, discrimination, or extremist ideologies.
We use automated AI-powered moderation to scan all cards before they are sent to our printing partner. Cards that are flagged by our system will be blocked from printing and you will be notified of the specific reason.
HOFamely reserves the right to refuse printing of any content that violates this policy, at our sole discretion. Repeated violations may result in account suspension. If you believe a card was flagged in error, please contact us.
